Ingredients
Iceberg Lettuce
1 Cucumber
1 White Onion
Bell Peppers Red/Yellow/Green 1 each
10 Cherry Tomatoes
Few Basil leaves
10 Paneer Cubes (Cottage Cheese) and few pomegranate kernels for dressing.
Vinaigrette
2 Tsp Honey
2 Lemons squeezed for juice
4 Tps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp fried Italian Herbs
Salt and pepper.
Method
Salad :
Tare Iceberg Lettuce leaves and place them in a large sized bowl.
Add diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, diced Green/Yellow/Green peppers to the bowl.
Cut onions as circles and add.
Add Boiled Paneer pieces.
Vinaigrette
Add Honey, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Sugar in a small bow.
Mix well.
Add Italian Herbs.
Add salt to taste.
Presentation
Place the olives on top of the salad.
Place basil leaves and crumble paneer pieces above the basil leaves.
Add Pomegranate kernels.
Pour 1/2 spoon of vinaigrette to the salad and toss well and serve.
( Note: For best results, add vinaigrette and basil leaves at the last possible moment to the salad)
