Curry Leaves Pasta

                                                                                 Ingredients
Handful of Pasta such as linguine, macaroni, spaghetti or bow tie
3 tablespoons liquid ghee.
½ teaspoon black mustard seeds
1/8th teaspoon asafetida
8 curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method

Melt ghee in a pan. Add all ingredients and toss well.  Serve hot.
